How NectarHR Works

The platform can be downloaded on mobile devices, or can also be accessed through the internet via chrome, internet explorer, firefox, etc. Through this app, employees of Copper Trace will be able to communicate with each other and with management, and can receive or award points based on progress on goals that you choose. This will create initiative for employees to be meeting benchmarks. 

Not only can they receive points, but the points can be used to purchase rewards. Rewards fluctuate in price, and each item would need to be paid for my Copper Trace. However, there is a limit on the expense of an item and the amount of points employees can give and receive.
